Our group owns 400 MM Mixer Mill to perform mechanochemical reactions.
We have two Agilent HPLC systems (Agilent 1160 & Agilent 1260) for the separation of chiral molecules. We can perform both normal phase & reverse phase HPLC using these instruments.
Our group owns Automated flash column chromatography. The CombiFlash® NextGen 100 has flow rates up to 100 mL/min at operating pressures up to 150 psi (10 bar). This is an economical system for both normal and reverse phase purifications.
